Description
Exclusive universal calculator BZO Concept, the Essential presents a panel of functions similar to the official Speeduino.
However, several things complement this simple but effective provision. the broadband module is incorporated into the ECU, the processor is a STM32F405 (10 times faster than an Arduino Mega) and a barometric sensor is housed on the card. a signal conditioner is present for an inductive sensor, and a conditioning is made on the hall entrance, allowing to use a 12v hall (for a CAM or VSS signal). The whole is housed in a shockproof box printed by CG Prototyping, and the inside is molded into a transparent encapsulation silicone to preserve the PCB from vibration and moisture.

I/O list and details:
– Weact STM32F405 (168Mhz) detachable for intervention or replacement. USB at the back of the case, next to the waterproof vent.
– integrated broadband module, wired on a round connector on the left of Molex 32.
– module not a detachable A4988 can be replaced by a small board adding I/O, on request.
– 4x injectors (can be re-allocated)
– 4x ignition (IGBT or smart coils) 5 or 12v (specific software switch, switch on request and return)
– 4x current high drivers (default: petrol pump, fan, Idle and Boost, which can be re-allocated) with mass separated from the mass plane sensors and processor to avoid interference.
– BARO and MAP 4bars internal, MAP connection to the right of Molex 32.
– 1x VR, 1x signal 5 and 12v (VR2 or VSS)
– any common sensors.
– 2x external analogues that can be used for MAP or AFR (Innovate, AEM and others) or other 0-5v signals.
– 1x flexfuel
– TACHO 12v
– 2x switches (launch, double cart, etc.)
