General Terms of Sale (GTC) – BZO Concept

2. Scope
These General Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales of products and
services offered by BZO Concept to private and professional customers located
in France. Any order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.us the Siret 99308808700016.

3. Products concerned
BZO Concept offers the production of programmable calculators and accessories related to them. These products are intended exclusively for use on closed circuits or roads. In no case shall BZO Concept be liable, as the customer has acknowledged that he has read this information and has assumed his own responsibility for the end use made of the products supplied by BZO Concept.
4. Orders
Orders are taken remotely, via the website, social networks, email, or other means. they are validated after total or partial payment as appropriate. BZO Concept is the only one that can or does not authorize payment in multiple times, according to a clearly defined schedule with its future user. No shipment is made before full payment of the order.
Personalised products may not be subject to a right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
5. Prices and methods of payment
The prices are shown in euro (VAT not applicable, CGI article 293B – car – contractor). Payment is made on order, by the means offered (bank transfer, credit card, Paypal...).
6. Timeliness and delivery
Delivery times are indicated at the time of the order and/or specified to the customer at the time of the order, they are defined before the order is validated in all cases, so the future user is informed before payment. However, delays may occur for logistical reasons, for example. BZO Concept undertakes to inform its future user in case of delay. the times indicated correspond to the time defined between the validation of the order and the acceptance of the order by the carrier.
BZO Concept will endeavour to provide a neat packaging and entrust the transit of its products to competent carriers. The risks associated with transport will therefore be borne by the customer, unless an additional guarantee is made.
7. Guarantee
All BZO Concept products are covered by a 2-year warranty. This warranty period starts in all cases from the date of delivery of the product, even if the product is not tested immediately by the user. This guarantee covers possible manufacturing defects or malfunctions unrelated to improper use of the product.
The guarantee will not apply in the following cases:
– Poor installation or modification by the customer.
– Non-compliant use, for example on open road.
– Damages related to other elements, external to the product.
8. After-sales service
In case of malfunction, the client should contact BZO Concept for diagnosis, following the instructions given to solve the problem. If necessary, a product return will be organized. the return costs are borne by the user, but if the defect is recognised as covered by the guarantee, the continuation of the operations will be borne entirely by BZO Concept.
BZO Concept is the only provider able to establish the definitive diagnosis of the possible problem and its cause. Only BZO Concept, in good faith, will decide whether or not the problem is covered by the guarantee, and on-board technical means can be put in place to detect possible misuse of the product.
9. Reservation of title clause
The products remain the property of BZO Concept until complete order settlement.
10. Liability
BZO Concept shall not be held responsible for the consequences of non-compliant use, including open road use, or any breach of existing regulations.
11. Litigation and applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Otherwise, the competent courts will be those of the seat of BZO Concept.
